In my first post I have already mentioned several very nice diners that we had during our road trip to Transylvania. Let me tell you more. During my trips one of the things I enjoy the most is the local cuisine. Here are some tips if you to visit Transylvania:
Start the day with "Chimney" Cakes. In Bran they are at each corner. :)

Try the local soup called "Chorba". Here is one of the alternatives - romanian bean soup with bacon in bread:
All the meals with meat are delicious. Like for example the beef stew with herbs and polenta:
Do not skip the dessert: Papanaşi. It's a delicious dessert served with yogurt and jam.
